We accept return for any reason within the first 6 days to receive your order, except for the following products: clothes that are black or white, woman underwear, promotions. If the product is less than $ 50.000 Pesos, re-package penalty is $ 15.000 pesos. 15% is to cover the following expenses:

The estimated delivery time is the company of the sent and does not include the time that delay processing your order since it varies a lot depends on the product you buy. Your product can come before or after the estimated date. The delivery company is: FEDEX.

The date of delivery varies when your purchase was made. If your purchase was made at or during a holiday. Your order will be processed and shipped after the holiday.
